A-1 Action has worked with us for the last 3 years to provide home health aides and nursing staff to help take care of both my parents (who have Parkinson's and Alzheimer's). Not only do they supply specialized staff, but can easily accommodate last-minute changes to schedules due to my parents changing needs.. They are experts in home health care and I have consulted them many times to get recommendations on how to handle our situation: should my parents go to a nursing facility? when will my father qualify to receive long-term care benefits? how do I purchase a wheelchair and have medicare cover it?. When my father qualified to receive his long-term care benefit, A-1 Action worked tirelessly with the myself and the insurance company to ensure all things went smoothly. They now coordinate all billing and payments from the insurance.. Many thanks to A-1 for their assistance in this difficult time!
